Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund / Exchange

1. We offer full refund of the price of the merchandise or exchange on all online non-sale, regular purchases only if the items are faulty. Any refund request must be made known to us within 5 days and returned to the warehouse within 10 days from originial receipt of merchandise.

2. Returns are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt.  However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal sale processing may take longer.

Condition of Merchandise

1. You would most likely be asked to provide clear and original photographs of the faulty merchandise focusing on the area of damage prior to sending the merchandise back to us, whereby we will determine if the merchandise is faulty.

2. Any protective casing received with your goods, such as cases, protective coverings, bags and boxes should be returned along with your items in a original condition.

Postage

1. We will provide free delivery for the exchange of faulty item(s). However we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.

2. For item(s) that are not confirmed as faulty, all postage charges would be borne by you.

Availability

In the event that the item you wish to exchange for is unavailable, Jmall Online reserves the right to offer you a full refund if the item is returned within 5 days from original receipt of merchandise and confirmed as faulty.

To Return an Item

In order to return an item, please log into your online account, select your orders and the order you wish to return. Please follow the instructions provided, stating in as much detail as possible the reason for the return, and obtain a customer returns reference number.

This reference number should be included within the parcel being returned. Please return back to us within the original packaging to the address provided online.
